Richard Smith and his sister Shirley Smith were sponsored by Exalted Ruler Charles Falzone. Shirley has retired from the Air Force after 32 years of service as Aviation Resource Mgmt and Richard retired from the ARMY. Jane lives in Ozark and Nixa is home for Shirley and Richard.
