El funo at Cinco de Mayo! Over 60 members and guests enjoyed Fiesta & Fajitas and filled our dining room. The kitchen team grilled up steak, chicken and shrimp fajitas loaded with peppers, onions and Mexican seasoning. Homemade refried beans, Mexican rice along with Queso cheese dip and Ceviche topped off the affair. Thank you to Susan Fox for the dinner coordination and BIG thanks to our kitchen team for a job well done and to all the guests who attended to support OUR Lodge.
