It was a meeting filled with awards. CC Elks 2777 brought home Special Recognition Awards for ENF and Benevolent Trust from the MEA State Convention (Treasurer Jerry Fritchman PER accepting). Our lodge also won All American Lodge from MEA (Trustee Mike Klinger PER accepting). Past State President and Lodge Trustee, Tom Shelton, received the coveted Gold Hammer Award. Since he now has nothing to do at the Lodge and WE are winning so many awards, Tom can now post all the awards on the walls with his 24-caret gold hammer.
