Christian County Elks 2777 hosted their first Car, Truck & Bike Show at the 2022 Sertoma Duck Race Festival at Finley River Sports Park in Ozark. Forty-eight cars, trucks and bikes participated this year, up from thirty vehicles at the last event. Seven homemade trophies were handed out, all judged by “People’s Choice” in six categories. The Overall People’s Choice Award went to Brian Osten with his 1965 Ford Mustang convertible. Brian inherited the Mustang when his father passed a year ago and this was his FIRST showing of this pristine car. Brian stated, “I am so happy to win the Overall Award and thanks to the Elks for hosting a great show. I will return next year.” Many thanks to all Elks who helped clean parts, make trophies, and run registration for the event. The Elks Car Show netted $1,000 that will help one hundred less fortunate kids at our annual Back to School Shopping event in July.
