Christian County Elks 2777 hosted the Inaugural Girls’ Night Out on Saturday at a packed Shelton Hall. Over 80 ladies enjoyed a night of wine, charcuterie, and floral designs with instruction by Springfield Florist and Elks SW District VP Theresa Suda. Along with Wine, Dine, and Design, eight local vendors displayed their hand-crafted works giving ladies a chance to browse and buy. Thank you to Susan Fox as event coordinator, Theresa the teacher, our Elks supporters, the local vendors, and especially all the ladies that participated. Profits from this fundraiser will support the Elks National Foundation. It was a good night.
